These covers are soft, floppy vinyl fabric. They are NOT leather. They bend, you can roll them up, the spines are soft, the elastic will leave a mark on the outer cover edge. These are all normal things that occur, but if that bothers you, please do not buy a vinyl book. Thank you! <3

These vinyl covers come with 4 elastics & 5 silver finished grommets.

If you select the chunky spine upgrade, you will have a wider spine, 9 grommets & 8 elastics. (Extra charges apply.)

When you add this chunky spine to your order, you understand that you are taking the standard, slimmer spine that comes with your book and UPGRADING to a wider spine with 8 elastics.

Standard books come with 4 elastics and a thinner spine.

With the chunky spine upgrade, you are cancelling the standard spine and 4 elastics that come on your book by default, and you understand that you are UPGRADING to a wider spine with 8 elastic bands.

By selecting this upgrade, you are confirming that you have read our and agree to all of it, you looked at all of these photos, you asked questions when you weren't sure, you understand that we do not accept returns, you are SURE you want a chunky book, and you are VERY sure that you know your traveler's notebooks and insert sizes well enough to want this add on. You also agree that if you get this upgrade and you don't like the choice you made, that it is not CardinalPlanners's fault and it is now your book anyway.
